[ Danny grins, feeling good for having suggested something helpful(?)!
Anyway off we go to the sim room!! Once there, Danny will envision a very simple kind of gym: largely empty, but with a few weights in the corner, and in the center of the room, a bunch of punching bags. Some are the kind that stand up, others are the kind that hang from the ceiling. But they are all there to punch. ]
Alright, here we are! Uh, kinda. I don't actually go to gyms a lot so I kinda just made this one up.
[ He goes over to one of the standing punching bags and gives it a punch.
Now, see, based on what canon shows us visually, I'd have to say that Danny is terrible at this. His punches look like his entire understanding of the concept is nothing beyond "moving fist towards another person." It's like he's trying to bonk someone with his fist. When he punches, it looks like this.
However, I would like to be a bit more charitable, and say that, as the son of an 8th-degree black belt, and as someone who has quite successfully fought battles day in and day out for two years, he's learned how to throw a pretty decent punch.
Which is all to say that: his form is a little sloppy, but he clearly knows what he's doing, even if it's not perfect. And he's got a decent amount of strength to back it up. ]

Better that than burning your rage on everything else, even though they deserve it, sometimes.

Y-yeah. I'd rather be angry at something like sand than anything I can actually hurt.

Oh, yeah. That's its own whole level of therapy. I mean, it's probably unhealthy, but if it helps...
...is that what you wanna do right now?

Hardly like I can punch the Prism.

I bet we could go to the simulation room and sim up some punching bags. It doesn't fix the problem, but at least you get to hit something.

Let's do it. Come on.

Not bad. [Beelining to the bags.] Do you know how to punch, Danny?
