I believe this was likely the case, yes. And in that sense-- all is not lost, when there are two refracting.

...It feels a bit strange that the dead are still..."around" in some sense. But its good, too.

...it is difficult, for me to say I wish to reverse any sort of death. Given my position, such a thing would be anathema.

And yet it is equally difficult to say these deaths were right, that they ought to stand.

Keeper of the dead...in your world, if people die unfairly...are they treated the same?
